What A Fellowship, What A Joy Divine!
It is with the joy of the Lord that I greet you!
What an exciting time it is to be a part of the New Era Progressive Missionary Baptist State Convention of Alabama. We convene this week for our One Hundredth and Eleventh (111th) Annual Session. All who attend will be greatly benefited.
Our convention is treading in deep water this week, in that we have combined two meetings into one. The Annual Session, the Congress of Christian Workers, along with the Youth Convention will all be convening this week in the same place.
The Rev. Dr. Robert Alexander and his staff have prepared a curriculum that is second to none. The Rev. Deron McDaniel has an exciting, yet edifying program for youth and children of all ages. Our Auxiliary leaders are focused and have assembled facilitators who are going to send you back to your local churches motivated to do the work of the kingdom.
We are truly striving to live up to our name and fulfill the purpose of our existence. I am extremely proud to give leadership to a team of pastors and churches who have as a primary focus Evangelism, Missions and Education.
In closing, we owe a debt of gratitude to the New Beginnings Family Baptist Church. We are grateful to the Pastor and members for hosting this meeting. We praise God for you, your facility and your hospitable spirit.
